    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles.
    • Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
    • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define key profiles and ensure an agile and effective process.

    Talent Management & Development

    • Design and implement development and training programs.
    • Identify skill gaps and propose targeted learning solutions.
    • Promote career growth and foster a continuous learning culture.

    Employer Branding & Culture

    • Drive employer branding and cultural initiatives.
    • Foster engagement and alignment with TeamSystem values.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, events, and across digital channels.

    Internal Communications

    • Ensure clear and consistent messaging across teams.
    • Highlight key projects and cultural milestones.
    • Strengthen connection and transparency within the organization.
