    We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service professional to join our brand-new team in Valencia, Spain.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to ensure a seamless experience.
    • Personalized Customer Service: Use active listening and empathy to personalize every conversation and connect with customers on a meaningful level.
    • Problem-Solving: Guide customers through inquiries and provide effective solutions to leave a positive impression of the company.
    • Process Improvement: Identify customer needs internally to improve and develop processes that enhance the customer experience.
    • Performance Excellence: Focus on achieving high performance standards, including key KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
    • CUSTOMER RETENTION: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through impactful and memorable customer experiences.

    Ideal Profile:

    • Native-level Dutch (C2) with a strong command of English (C1).
    • Customer-Centric: Enthusiastic, smart problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
    • Empathy and Composure: Able to remain calm, empathetic, and composed when dealing with challenging customers.
    • Curious and Creative: A natural investigator who enjoys using creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Goal-Oriented: Target-driven with a focus on exceeding expectations and delivering top-notch performance.
