    What will I be doing?

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Lead automation strategy and framework implementation.
  • Collaborate with teams to define test requirements and prioritize cases for automation.
  • Evaluate and implement tools for test automation.
  • Ensure tests validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Monitor test metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the QA team.
  • Identify and address training needs for team skill development.
  • Maintain documentation for automated test processes and guidelines.
  • What skills do I need?

  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, XCTest, etc.
  • Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for automation like Java, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
  • Proficiency in using Git for code management, branching, and merging.
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of QA automation engineers.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders to report on QA progress and issues.
