    Position Summary

    As a member of the Divisional Key Account Team, reporting to the Director of Key Account Management (KAM), you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our most important customers, and for supporting our KAM strategy process. You will be the commercial interface along the value stream and will support the expansion of our market share by identifying growth potential. Our ideal candidate has a convincing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish effective working relationships. An approachable personality will enable you to thrive in an international environment.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts in selected product categories and markets
    • Act as the commercial interface between Supply Chain, Technical, and Quality in various customer programs (e.g., capacity expansions, claims investigations, etc.)
    • Support Presspart in increasing market share for existing products and identifying adjacent opportunities
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the current product portfolio, production processes, and relevant future technologies
    • Prepare and lead customer meetings, with a willingness to travel up to 20% of your working time
    • Continue to expand market knowledge of the global inhalation and parenteral drug delivery markets
    • Support the Director of Key Account Management in developing and deploying the KAM strategy
    • Work cross-functionally with our international Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to provide valuable customer needs and development insights

    Your Profile

    • University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or a comparable apprenticeship in one of these fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience (or similar)
    • Initial experience in Sales or Key Account Management, preferably in an international B2B environment within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
    • Open-minded and approachable xugodme
    • Dedicated and convincing personality, with excellent communication skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships independent of formal structures
    • Fluent written and spoken English (business level); German and/or Spanish is desirable
    • Willingness to travel up to 20%
