Do you have a passion for luxury superyachts? Join us at ptw Shipyard, where we are searching for talented individuals to fill the role of Junior Project Manager.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing boat projects, ensuring impeccable quality, adherence to schedules, and budget management.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate in the development of project documents and templates.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality and project standards.
- Monitor project phases to ensure they are executed on time, within budget, and meet the client's approved quality standards.
- Provide support to the Senior Project Manager in coordinating and supervising project tasks.
- Act as a liaison with the client's representative during the ship's stay at the shipyard.
- Organize and supervise work across different departments.
- Manage internal project documentation and schedules.
- Execute reporting activities for your project portfolio and team as directed.
- Thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment, consistently delivering excellent results.
- Adhere to company rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, upholding professional work standards.
- Perform other reasonable duties within the scope of this role, as required by operations management.

SOFTWARE SKILLS
- Proficiency in ERP business management software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with design and project management software, such as SolidWorks, SolidEdge, AutoCAD, Asana, SmartSheet, Monday, or similar tools.
LANGUAGES
Fluent in Spanish, with a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
TRAINING
- Background in Naval Engineering, Technical Naval Engineering, or an equivalent University Degree.
- Additional training in Project Management will be considered an asset.
CONTRACT TYPE & SALARY
- Permanent contract.
- Fulltime position.
- Competitive salary package, including 30 days of paid vacation.
