You are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that empower our users and advance our company's missionYou work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners and designers, to translate requirements into efficient and robust softwareYou build scalable solutions that keep up with increasing user demand and internationalization across the globe You unify the usability, architecture and tech stack of the products we already haveYou work across the full stack and run what we build in production You practice pair coding (and with it, peer reviewing) as an integral part of our engineering principles Who you are You have solid fundamentals when it comes to software development, troubleshooting, system design, and most importantly, teamwork - we hire at all levels of experienceYou should know your way around JavaScript, TypeScript, and their ecosystemYou have a lot of ideas and are not afraid to take a stand for themYou are an avid learner and continuously improve yourself and your work - you actively help, give feedback and act upon feedback you receiveYou communicate professionally in English
