Main Responsibilities:

• Receive pre-alert documents from Carriers.
• Verify pre-alert documents to ensure compliance with existing air cargo instructions.
• Communicate with carriers/contractors for modifications/clarifications.
• Ensure receipt of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) from carriers of hazardous goods.
• Receive incoming cargoes in the warehouse:
• Check compliance of received cargo quantities with Waybills.
• Inspect cargoes for damages.
• If any damage and/or missing cargo location is greater than declared in the Waybill:
• Make notes entry in a Waybill.
• Notify stakeholders.
• Create and issue OS&D report (SAP or Excel) - Over, Short & Damage Report.
• Weigh and measure incoming cargoes and input correct data into the Receiving Report.
• Apply appropriate barcodes and stickers on received packages.
• Complete the receiving report in Excel and send it to stakeholders within 2 hours of cargo receipt.
• Keep Daily Inventory Report updated and transmit to the team.
• Prepare and send cargoes to the airport:
• Arrange truck cargoes to the airport according to the Priorities List received from the Logistics Manager.
• Coordinate volume and weight of dispatches to the airport with the Port Logistics Supervisor.
• Monitor truck cargoes.
• Issue and distribute the Cargo Waybill to stakeholders within 15 minutes of a truck loading.
• Receive Flight Cargo Manifest from the airport and distribute it to stakeholders 30 minutes after receipt - including weekends and official holidays.

Note: The candidate must be in a physical condition to handle pieces of up to 25 kg manually.
