Si te unes al equipo de Export Finance Solutions podrás:Participar en la estructuración y ejecución de operaciones financieras a corto plazo, que cuentan con una cobertura por parte de una Agencia a la Exportación (ECA), Multilateral o Seguro Privado- otros.
Participar en las diferentes etapas de la operación - empezando por el análisis hasta el cierre financiero, negociación de ofertas con el cliente y con el agente de cobertura, mandatos y documentación final, que incluye entre otros:Preparación de los informes a emitir para su sanción al Comité Permanente de Créditos.
Negociación de la póliza de cobertura con el Agente de Cobertura, desde la fase inicial de solicitud de la oferta, la negociación de la cobertura, la documentación legal de la financiación y gestión de firma.
Análisis detallado de la póliza de cobertura para entender la tipología de los riesgos cubiertos y no cubiertos, así como los riesgos operaciones (que pueden llevar a la pérdida de la cobertura) parametrizar el mecanismo de reclamación/declaración ante un evento de siniestro.
Formalización de la operación.Estudio e implementación de nuevos productos de coberturas para operaciones de circulante, con diferentes Agentes de Cobertura, con la finalidad de contribuir al crecimiento del negocio por una mayor amplitud de producto.
Generación de negocio y acompañamiento a nuevas oportunidades que puedan surgir cooperando con otras áreas de la entidad. Relación continuada y fluida con los Agentes de Cobertura a nivel nacional e internacional.Análisis detallado de las pólizas de cobertura y mitigación de los riesgos no cubiertos.
Requerimientos mínimosTitulación superior en Derecho, Economía, ADE, Empresariales, postgrados y master serán valorados positivamente. Experiencia profesional mínima de 3 años.
Alto conocimiento de los productos bancarios de comercio exterior. Experiencia previa en operaciones de financiación de circulante, análisis de riesgo o soluciones financieras similares serán valoradas positivamente.
Experiencia previa en operaciones de financiación sindicadas.
Capacidad analítica de contratos y su correspondiente negociación tanto internamente en la entidad como externamente, con el cliente, bancos y entidades públicas.
Capacidad de síntesis y redacción de informes. Dominio escrito y hablado del inglés, es imprescindible. Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de otros idiomas.Competencias claveBuena comunicación y habilidades interpersonales, empatía.
