What this job involves:

In this role, the Associate Project Manager will deliver small to medium projects and assist/coordinate larger projects over assigned JLL client projects, provide superior client service, contribute to the growth of the business, and support the improvements of client experience on the HP Account


What your day-to-day will look like:

Deliver small/medium (~ < 1 M$) projects on the HP Barcelona Campus in Sant Cugat del Valles and other HP sites in EMEA as a Project Manager.

Provide an appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance. Self-performed in Barcelona and through local FM/PM in the rest of the Region.

Develop relationships with consultants/contractors/vendors and evaluate their performance.

Manage small RFPs for GC and Furniture. Depending on project size liaise with the internal Client Procurement Team to meet requirements.

Create Purchase orders and all procurement-related items.

Create and update PO trackers.

Manage Invoicing & Accruals

Development of schedules, budgets, and risk matrix.


Guide/Coordinate the Client and Project Stakeholders through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation, and signoff.

Program Management and/or Project Coordination and support for larger projects (~1-10 M $) across EMEA
Support onboarding of new Variable Project Managers

Monitor and follow up with Project Managers on Clarizen data integrity.

Create Purchase orders and all procurement-related items.

Create and update PO trackers.

Assist Variable PM to manage Invoicing & Accruals.


Assist in developing a detailed project budget based on historical and market data and a clearly defined set of budget assumptions.


Assist in guiding the client and team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documentation and signoff.

Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3+ years of practical experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Strong working knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings and furniture and space planning concepts

Experience in Engineering, construction management, or real estate preferred.

Highly organized with strong analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with external and internal clients.

Ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members.


Demonstrate understanding of all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to Budgeting, Scheduling, Submittals, and Change orders.

Demonstrate understanding in project budgeting and scheduling.
