About the Team

The Production Centre is a hub of delivery excellence based in Madrid, formed by a multicultural team of production experts which delivers marketing materials across Europe (EMEA).

In a nutshell, the Production Center boosts business's growth driving efficiencies & performance.

Purpose of the role

Vision: The Production Team Leader leads a production team to deliver all the production requirements for a whole region or specific clients.
Mission: To activate the proposition of Indicia Worldwide through upskilling the team capacities and taking main accountability for production processes.

The Production Team Leader will have 3 different dimensions:

Production Management_

Lead a production team to comply with all the production needs of a whole region or a specific client while managing the general traffic of projects into the team and being held fully accountable for the key production processes and tasks (Open Orders, Accruals,).

At times, the PTL will also have to manage production projects with specific complexities, spending levels or other situational circumstances.

Team Management_

Be in charge of upskilling, developing and coaching the team members, especially mentoring the Senior Production Managers.

Manage the NCRs in the team, assess the internal responsibility and propose solutions.

Communication and stakeholder management

Be the team ́s escalation point for operational topics, internally or externally.

Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure

The Production Team Leader will likely have 10+ more years of print/POS production management experience and we expect from that role a strong industry background.

Previous experience in team management and direct client-facing will be strongly preferred.

Fluency both written and spoken in English + Spanish is mandatory

This requires you to have excellent communication skills at all levels of the hierarchy. You should be able to convey your message in a clear and effective way, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Your ability to articulate complex ideas and tailor your communication style to different audiences will be critical to your success in this role.
