What you ́ll do at BTS

Prepare comprehensive company or market reports and identify key levers for driving profitability and growth
Support the team in the deployment of discovery based learning experiences and help facilitate participant's understanding of relevant content areas
Accompany and support consultants in project delivery, facilitating materials to participants and preparing impactful presentations
Work in several accounts supporting the team with material generation, market trends research and meeting preparation
Collaborate in multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries and countries

Are comfortable working with Excel (advanced level is a plus) & preparing impactful presentations
Are bilingual Spanish/English; additional language skills are a plus
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Finance, or other
Degrees
A desire for extensive domestic and international travel
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of an organization
Previous work experience is a plus
