The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a BESS and Green Hydrogen Head to work for an important renewable energy company backed by a relevant Investment Fund to be based in Madrid but with an Iberian scope.

Responsibilities:

Identify and originate greenfield and brownfield BESS projects.
Partnership with developers and negotiate codevelopment agreements.
Assessment of the technical and economical feasibility of the projects.
Analyse the electrical network to facilitate the grid and interconnection of the projects.
Liaison with external stakeholders such as local and regional authorities, local communities and third party partners.
Oversee the permits and administrative paperwork in all of the ongoing projects.
Prepare the management reporting including KPIs and metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
More than 3 years of experience in origination and Business Development related business development experience.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
Focused and goaloriented.
Availability to travel.
Fluent English is compulsory.
