As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining successful client relationships.

What you'll be doing in this position:

Provide routine checkups to satisfied merchants
Target merchants who have suboptimal setups to upsell or replace new products
Ensure new merchants are properly activated within a defined time
Encourage merchants to properly adopt our product suite
Guarantee that merchant's queries are resolved on time

You'll be great for this position if you have:

Sales/upselling experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent organisational skills
12 years experience as a KAM, CSM/Sales agent
