About us:

Build38 is a cyber security start-up that takes care of securing mobile apps.

We enable all sorts of solution providers (from car manufacturers to banks, from public transit operators to identity providers) to deliver their mobile use cases in a secure manner.

We already protect millions of Android and iOS endpoints with our SDK which, together with our backend analytics platform, provides the most comprehensive mobile app security solution in the market.

Build38 is an international company, with Head Quarters in Munich, a Sales office in Singapore, and a Tech Hub in Barcelona.

We are looking for Scrum Masters to coach and enable our Engineering teams to work efficiently and quickly together. You will collaborate with cross-functioning, highly-skilled engineering teams in a fast-moving environment.

Here is a little taste of your challenge:

Identify areas of improvement and drive changes towards efficiency.
Coach Engineering teams & Business teams with indepth guidance on Agile roles, rituals, and artifacts.
Design and deliver transformational agile training for participants in all Agile roles.
Continuously measure and report the progress of teams in meeting their goals.
Evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements.

Who are you? There is no set route to become part of Build38.

But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for more than 3 years.
Strong communication and organizational skills in any medium.
Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals. Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
Transparency and the ability to establish trust and supportive relationships.
Ability to thrive in an environment with a high degree of change.
Experience in a variety of software development, program, and project management methodologies and techniques is a plus.
Scrum master certification is a plus.
Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory).
