    MISSION: Develop and enhance the wind tool to support the tendering phase and project execution. Conduct technical evaluations to optimize project constraints and define the right parameters.

    TASKS: Analyze site-specific wind and climate conditions. Identify and understand site constraints and support the tendering team during wind analysis. Conduct risk analysis to optimize project constraints, such as hub height, rotor diameter, and wind speed limits. Align with the engineering department to define project parameters. Calculate wind impact on site during project execution outcomes. Combine technical requirements and practical limitations to enhance wind risk performance. Identify risks and opportunities to improve the wind tool. Implement and support corporate processes and tools. Develop locally required processes and tools. Report achievements, risks, and challenges on a regular basis. Occasional travel is part of the job.

    PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering/Meteorology or equivalent. Relevant experience is also considered. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using wind tools. Competence in wind flow modeling and software such as WindPro, WAsP, or other comparable software. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in crane and transport in wind energy, including crane operations planning. High proficiency in English; German is a plus. Strong communication skills. Proactive and assertive. Able to work with multicultural teams.
