- Writing or preparing reports
- Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with students, participants and staff
- Collating and filing expenses
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Office Manager studies.
Languages:
English and Spanish proficiency level.
