Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies and is the world's Fastest growing Women's Health Company.


They are now looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to join their team in Barcelona due to their continued growth.

This role is accountable for the successful development and execution of integrated healthcare communications plans and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.


This position will be responsible for bringing the company's story and point-of-view to the world through product launches, healthcare congresses, direct-to-patient campaigns, and other critical events and special projects.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Developing and implementing international marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Managing the marketing budget, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on ROI.
  • Leading the development of customer personas, messaging frameworks, and value propositions to guide marketing efforts.
  • Supporting sales teams with effective sales tools and collateral to drive revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective international marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and influence management skills to support stakeholder management and strategic counselling.
