    Buscamos a un/a Compliance Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo de Salto, una empresa líder en soluciones de control de accesos.

    Tu Misión

    Como miembro del equipo legal, serás responsable de desempeñar un papel clave en la definición, implementación y supervisión del programa de compliance del grupo a nivel local e internacional.

    Tus Responsabilidades

    • Definir y revisar políticas de compliance: Participar en la redacción, definición, revisión y actualización de las políticas de compliance con la dirección del área y la dirección general del grupo.
    • Implementar el modelo de compliance: Coordinar la adaptación local e internacional del modelo de compliance del grupo y de sus políticas de desarrollo cuando sea necesario.
    • Supervisar el despliegue del modelo de compliance: Asegurar que se ejecuta un modelo de supervisión de riesgos de compliance en línea con el modelo de compliance definido para el grupo.
    • Auditorías internas: Elaborar un plan de auditorías internas y evaluaciones periódicas, su realización y elaboración de los informes de auditoría.
    • Identificar áreas de vulnerabilidad: Identificar áreas de vulnerabilidad y desarrollar planes de acción para mitigar riesgos.
    • Evaluación de riesgos: Desplegar una herramienta y metodología para la evaluación de riesgos y su monitoreo.
    • Cultura del cumplimiento: Trabajar para crear una cultura del cumplimiento, con políticas claras, sencillas y planes alcanzables.
    • Formación y concienciación: Ser responsable de preparar, coordinar y ejecutar programas de formación y concienciación en el grupo en materia de compliance.
    • Informes regulares: Informar de manera periódica a distintos comités del estado de los planes de compliance.
    • Apoyo a comités: Apoyar a los diferentes comités en la redacción de los informes regulares en materia de compliance a someter a la dirección o al consejo de administración.
    • Normativas y regulaciones: Ser la persona de referencia para la interpretación y aplicación de normativas internas y externas en estas materias.
    • Mantenimiento de conocimientos: Mantenerse en constante actualización sobre cambios en las regulaciones y normativas locales e internacionales que puedan afectar a la organización.
    • Disponibilidad para viajar: Disponibilidad para viajar.

    Lo que buscamos en ti

    • Titulación: Licenciatura en Derecho o Doble Licenciatura en Derecho y Administración de Empresas.
    • Experiencia: Experiencia de al menos 5 años en empresa o despacho de abogados desplegando programas de compliance a nivel internacional.
    • Formación adicional: Se valorará formación de postgrado en compliance y certificaciones en la materia.
    • Inglés avanzado: Inglés avanzado. Se valorará conocimiento de otros idiomas como francés o alemán.
