    Job Description

    We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction to our engineering teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively manage projects to ensure successful delivery, focusing on technical excellence and practical business-driven approaches.
    • Mentor junior staff on client delivery and technical expertise, contributing to their career development.
    • Lead coordination with clients on day-to-day tasks and provide regular project status updates to senior management.
    • Identify critical points during project execution and bring them up for discussion with senior management.
    • Contribute to process and technical improvements for the overall team.
    • Build relationships within the company and externally with clients.
    • Identify commercial opportunities with existing clients and interpret new and existing transfer pricing tax rules.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a software development or engineering firm.
    • Strong technical skills and desire for professional development.
    • Ability to take ownership of projects and drive project delivery with experience in project management, planning, and prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
    • Client-focused and commercially aware with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
