- Implementation of regional strategy to improve efficiency and quality of the portfolio (freehold and leasehold transaction, footprint and cost efficiency projects, negotiations, etc)
- Implementation of tactical solution to face with short-term actions
- Supporting the Company to achieve Sustainability targets with Real Estate technical solutions
- Preparation of real estate scenarios analysis to be reported to executive levels
- Achievement of the targets and KPIs
- Management of the regular lease administration activities
- Update and report data and metrics to the organization
- Technical background (architecture or engineering)
- MRICS/MBA are considered a plus
- Min 10 years of experience in Real Estate field with focus on Portfolio management
- Experience in Real Estate portfolio management with negotiations and transactions
- Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word (AutoCad is considered a welcome plus)
- Independency, flexibility, proactivity, relationship aptitude, team working and ability to approach with Executives
- The job requires also availability to travel often across the region (WEMEA&LAM) creating strong relationship with local and global business and operational functions
- Fluent English speaking and writing with B2 (C1 preferred) level is mandatory. Any other language is considered a plus.
