About Us Ryanair is Europe's favourite low fares airline, operating more than 1600 daily flights (over 500,000 per year) from 68 bases, across 1600 low fare routes, connecting 186 destinations in 30 countries and operating a fleet of 300 new Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Our Rapid Expansion Requires Engineering Support With our recent announcement for 180 new aircraft, we are expanding our engineering facilities throughout our extensive European network. To support this growth, we are inviting applications for an Engineering Maintenance Coordinator to be based at Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez airport.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect inputs/send outputs from/to various departments (Planning, Material, Powerplant) and allocate them on the call-up.
Monitor and follow up HIL closure / Trouble shooting action and arrange required support (spare, tool, material etc).
Manage the live call-up and enrich Shift report with vital feedback information for the subsequent shifts.
Follow up with the Shift Leader on the progress or re-adjustment of the workload during the shift, being the point of contact for communications with the involved Departments.

Requirements:

You must be open-minded, organized, excited about learning new skills, and have a strong work ethic.
You should be willing to work weekends and shifts.
Successful candidates will have proven computer skills.
You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
You must be fluent in writing and conversation in English.
The ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure is essential.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly are key.
Previous knowledge/experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
