    Responsibilities
    • As part of the fit-out Team and reporting to the Head of Fit Out, the fit-out project manager will be responsible for ensuring that customer fit-out projects are delivered correctly.
    • Responsible for end-to-end monitoring of the fit-out of the customers concerned from design, quotations, choice of suppliers and delivery, in line with the customer\'s strategy, desired margins and the quality of service expected by the customer.
    • Supporting the customer-facing teams, the main Sales teams, in submitting and obtaining approval for projects.
    • Responsible for monitoring the schedule and quality of service throughout the project.
    • Working in collaboration with the operational and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of the assignment.
    • The role is based in Alcobendas Data4 Campus and will be responsible mainly for the fit-out project in Spain and potentially involved on other fit out projects in other countries.

    RequirementsEducation and experience
    • More than 5 years\' experience in facility and construction preferring in Data Center Industries. xugodme
    • Technician/engineer with experience.
    Technical skills
    • Knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, computer networks, safety and security
    • Ability to coordinate supplier and contractors
    • Project management
    • Ability to listen to customer needs and constraints
    • Use of MS Project, Autocad, MS Office
    • Ability to communicate in English on daily basis
