    The Role

    A part-time bioinformatician position is available in Fátima Gebauer's lab to investigate RNA binding proteins in cancer progression.

    The role involves analysing public databases and custom-generated high-throughput genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics data.

    About the Team

    We are seeking a highly motivated researcher with expertise in bioinformatics and data analysis.

    The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Biology or Bioinformatics and proficiency in English.

    Requirements

    Must-Haves:

    • Mixed dry/wet experience
    • Publication record demonstrating proficiency in high-throughput data processing

    Desirable:

    • Experience in RNA network analysis
