    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals in our Europe Division.
    • Support the hotel sales team, fostering a culture of success, innovation, and excellence.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across luxury travel and MICE segments.
    • Manage Global Sales Offices and set clear targets for each market.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
    • Collaborate with hotel sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure a unified approach to brand representation and revenue generation.
    • Represent our brands at key industry events, enhancing visibility and strengthening our market position.
    • Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    • 8+ years of proven sales experience in luxury lifestyle hospitality, including leadership roles.
    • Deep understanding of the luxury hotel market in Europe and Turkey, with a network in luxury travel and hospitality.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • A passion for innovation, luxury, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
    • A willingness to travel extensively.
    • Fluency in English and a good level of Spanish is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable.
