IT GRC Sr. Analyst - Security (Openbank)

Mission and responsibilities:

As an IT Risk Sr.

Analyst, you will be the person in charge of providing support in governance, risk and compliance matters, collaborating in those issues deemed necessary.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

Reporting relevant IT risk matters to different technical and non-technical stakeholders on different committees, forums, etc.
Providing support on internal and external audits, managing interactions between auditors and internal teams.
Aligning and implementing corporate regulations, standards and policies.
Reporting and evidencing compliance of corporate regulations, policies and standards to Santander Group.
Preparing KPIs and reporting.
Dashboard development and KRI automation processes.
Reviewing policies, procedures, and internal documentation to approve and assess external suppliers at a cyber security level.
Review external supplier's contracts regarding cyber security.
Performing IT Risk assessments of projects / vendors.
Support the business on strategic projects with the relevant IT risk knowledge.
Collaborating in the maintenance and update of the business continuity plan, participating in testing scenarios, DRP tests, reviewing BIAs, etc.
Maintain and update the internal IT Control Framework, including new regulations in the scope and reviewing existing controls.
Perform control certification campaigns, supporting control owners in evidence gathering and control certification.
Perform an independent control testing over the IT Control Framework.

To be successful in the role you must have
- +3 years of experience in IT GRC / Cyber Security

University or master's degree in computer engineering, Business, or similar fields.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and clear negotiation skills.
Strong drafting, analytical, and critical thinking skills as well as commercial acumen.
Experience working with global teams based in different jurisdictions.
Good understanding of technology and information security concepts.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative problemsolving skills.
