Mobis Spain Electrified Powertrain is a state-of-the-art plant dedicated to assembling high-voltage battery systems for next‑generation electric vehicle platforms. The project strengthens sustainable mobility efforts while boosting the regional industrial ecosystem through advanced international technology and efficient production.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire purchasing process for general administrative & facilities purchasing + machinery spare parts purchasing , from initial request and supplier selection to final payment.

· Coordinate tender processes and initiate contact with national/regional & international suppliers for spare parts and office to ensure competitive sourcing.

· Cost Management: Analyzing purchasing data and negotiation prices to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.

· National / International Supplier management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contract, and evaluating their performance.

· Register new suppliers and manage onboarding and compliance documentation.

· Process and follow up on supplier invoices, ensuring timely payment and resolution of discrepancies.

· Maintain up-to-date information in SAP and ensure proper document management.

· Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contract and vendor information.
