About Gartner Digital Markets:


What we're looking for:

The Gartner Digital Markets Team is looking for an Office Coordinator Intern to support our Office Manager.


This internship is ideally suited for someone who wants to get a first hands-on work experience in a digital company.

You will receive all the necessary training and will be actively taking part in the main tasks of the department.


What you '
ll do:


Work alongside the Office Manager to:

  • Help with office management.
  • Coordinating onsite team events: help organizing team lunches (80+ attendees), help the Real Estate team to prepare the rooms, Hackathons
  • Help with onboarding tasks for new joiners.
  • Help organizing offsite events
  • Other admin tasks.

What you'll need**:


  • Fluent level of English.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

A quick learner and sharp thinker. You have a good sense of organization and can provide solutions to problems.**-
A committed team player. You build professional relationships with ease and can work with a diverse team, in person and remotely.

  • Must have a clear understanding of confidentiality and discretion in business relationships.
  • Be a natural giver
  • You like helping others and making their jobs a little easier.

Based in Barcelona with a NIE and able to work full-time for a period of 6 months.

  • This internship must fit into your academic studies.
