PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market.


The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.


Our team is growing and we are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager who will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, building a community and customer loyalty for our digital wallet platform through strategic management of our social media channels.


Job duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followership for our B2B2C digital wallet app.
  • Create compelling and informative content for social media posts, aligning with our brand identity and targeting our B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach specific target segments and maximize the impact of our marketing actions.
  • Monitor social media trends, customer feedback, and industry insights to identify opportunities for optimizing social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Marketing and Product, to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives and promote key features, loyalty programs and benefits of our digital wallet.
  • Engage with our social media community, responding to comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of our campaigns and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional teams or partners to implement and execute social media campaigns in local markets and new continents to execute the social media campaigns.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, exploring innovative strategies to enhance our digital wallet's online presence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' social media activities, providing insights and recommendations to help us stay ahead

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Social Media Management preferably in B2B2C Digital wallets
  • Spanish and English proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to create engaging social media content tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance, measure ROI, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the digital payments industry and an understanding of B2B2C business models.
