Klöckner Pentaplast is seeking a Group Quality Lead Europe/Asia.

The main purpose of this role is to lead Group Quality Strategy & Strategic Initiatives across Divisions & Functions / Support plants with Specific programs.

The role will report to the Group Director Quality and Operational Risk and is flexible to one of kp European based sites/countries.


Key Responsibilities:

Contributes in the definition of the Group Quality Strategy across Divisions

Supports sites in their journey towards reaching the excellence level as per kp quality system requirements

Supports/leads cross functional teams to resolve customer complaints

Ensures any quality related activities are compliant with the Group Requirements & Strategy

Drives leading and lagging KPIs and reporting structure

Ability to understand the priority and focus areas and manage them amongst all functions at group level

Liaise with OPs Directors & Business Leads to capture & align on Business needs


Your Profile:

Experience in either Quality and/or Business Excellence within Global Operation

Possess a Technical degree and established IT skills

Master Black Belt with experience in Operation and Transactional Processes

Strong lean 6 sigma skills to ensure proper methodology to run project efficiently

Reliable and target oriented, having lead people and processes in all business chains and levels

Experience in training and coaching people

Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and time zone

Strong analytical and data management skills

Problem solving skills as well as ability to focus on deliverables

A decisive individual who possesses a "big picture" perspective

Fluent oral and written English and preferably second language

Motivation and energy to deliver and improve

Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations
