- Exceed client acquisition and revenue targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent landscapes.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development within the executive search or headhunting industry.
- In-depth understanding of executive recruitment processes and industry nuances.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales goals.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and remotely.
- Spanish and Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
