  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry dynamics and talent demands.
  • Craft persuasive pitches and presentations tailored to the unique needs of clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and our recruitment strategies.
  • Exceed client acquisition and revenue targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent landscapes.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in business development within the executive search or headhunting industry.
  • In-depth understanding of executive recruitment processes and industry nuances.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales goals.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and remotely.
  • Spanish and Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
