Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Specialist to join our team at Nordex SE. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for executing planning activities associated with project planning and scheduling, as well as capacity and end-to-end project portfolio planning.

Main Responsibilities

Execute planning activities associated with project planning and scheduling, including preparation and update of timelines throughout project phases.
Monitor and update project timelines, and participate in planning feedback loops with relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of planning cycles for project and capacity/portfolio planning.
Perform project planning and scheduling for specific projects, including preparation and update of timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master's degree in industrial engineering or technical education, with relevant work experience.
Knowledge and passion for planning, operations, and/or supply chain management.
Passion for project business and wind sector.
Team player with good communication skills.
Ability to work with other functions with a win-win approach.
Very good English skills.
Understanding of process design and improvement methodologies.
Understanding of data models and data flows.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
Project management experience preferable.
Working experience with Primavera (P6, Oracle) preferable.
