WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING (role and responsibility of the position)?

A Banking CRM Solution Designer is going to be responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce platform projects, countries, development, and data quality and is responsible for ensuring that the configuration and related internal customer support serves the organization's needs.

  • It will have a role of Functional lead in agile squads for the implementation of Salesforce Service cloud solutions, with a constant relationship with the Business Product Owner and will coordinate in the solution strategy with the Solution Design Head of the Salesforce chapterCoEx
We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Ensure high level of adoption of Salesforce solutions out-of-the box in balance with business requirements and goals
  • Work with the Product Owner of Salesforce platform to manage the intake and prioritization of enhancements and defects, based on business priorities and available resources.
  • Manage the expectations for delivery and business partner participation, establishing timelines for joint efforts and working to maintain customer engagement and adherence to Schedule.
  • Collaborate with business units to determine new opportunities to provide system solutions to strategic goals using the Salesforce Platform.
  • Lead requirements and design of new projects built on the Salesforce platform and identity reporting and dashboard requirements to measure success of the program.
  • Ensure an accurate and thorough documentation of user requirements for enhancements and a timely and effective production support process.
  • Manage the deployment of Salesforce projects and major enhancements ensuring development, successful execution of test scenarios, and coordination of user acceptance testing before deployment.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR (technical, functional skills, background, experience, etc)?

EXPERIENCE
Required

  • 4+ years previous development experience with Salesforce (Sales/Service/Field Service)
  • Experience working in Agile projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can demonstrate and propose solutions with a focus on customer success
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution
Recomended

  • International experience.
  • Understanding and/or experience in Financial Service industry.
  • Salesforce solutions designer experience.
  • Agile methodologies.

EDUCATION
Recommended

  • Degree on Engineering, Technology Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, Statistical, etc.

Required

  • Salesforce Certifications

  • Languages: English and Spanish (fluid written and oral)
