    Your Impact

    PTC is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Barcelona , Spain. You will be responsible for proactively and creatively attracting talent across the organization in alignment with PTC's goals.

    You will be working in full cycle recruitment, always hiring for tomorrow and being proactive about the needs of the business. Need to have shared vision and strong understanding of the hiring needs, team dynamics, and leadership styles.

    Your Team

    You will part of the Talent Acquisition team which is responsible for hiring across the EMEA, with a strong focus on Germany and the German markets.

    TA is an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our organization. The key areas of focus include crafting & implementing attraction strategies, building relationships with business leaders, providing guidance to leadership regarding recruiting best practices and actively driving process improvement across the recruiting process.

    Your Day to Day

    • Develop sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as LinkedIn or other job boards
    • Execute marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies
    • Conduct initial outreach to and screening of prospective internal and external candidates and serve as the direct point of contact for the prospective candidate
    • Coordinate the talent acquisition process for assigned talent pipeline and evaluate candidates
    • Understands recruiting processes, guidelines, compliance, and regulations
    • Build partnerships with the Business to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent
    • Maintain recruiting reports and dashboards to track and communicate metrics to the business
    • Increase brand awareness by building and maintaining relationships with external organizations and social media platforms

    Skills Required

    • Strong background of 3 to 5 years in Talent Acquisition handling full cycle recruitment
    • Fluency in German and English is mandatory
    • Experience implementing talent acquisition programs/processes including candidate screening, assessment and selection in a fast-paced, high volume and matrixed environment
    • Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as lead projects and provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems and assist junior team members
    • Skilled at stakeholder management
    • Extensive experience in building sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, referrals, social networking, agencies, campus hiring etc.
    • Experience managing candidate life cycle through an applicant tracking system
    • Ensure accurate records and reporting concerning all phases of the recruitment process
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
