Mechanic Production

We are a rapidly growing business where employees are our most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and strengthen our production team, we are looking for a Mechanic for our shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance, care, and repair according to the production plan and troubleshooting
• Performing format changes and adjusting production and packaging equipment
• Carrying out repairs on tampon machines, carders, and mixers
• Performing routine maintenance on machines
• Troubleshooting machine issues during production
• Checking the functionality of metal detectors
• Rebuilding various spare parts
• Recording daily repairs and spare parts orders
• Working hours: rotating shifts according to a fixed schedule

PROFILE

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably as a production mechanic, industrial mechanic, or mechatronics technician
• Strong technical understanding, manual dexterity, and quick comprehension
• Independent work approach, reliability, and commitment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
