Job Description:


Reporting to the Global Brand Equity Leader, Cetaphil Medical Marketing Manager will secure global number 1 dermatologist recommended status for Cetaphil via creating and executing motivating campaigns / messaging and deploying this strategically through select touchpoints.


In this role, you will be accountable for elevating the way we show up at major Dermatology Congresses, delivering comprehensive and compelling healthcare professional toolkits behind all New Product launches and major communication campaigns and spearheading Cetaphil product, innovation & technology training curriculum /materials for global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Envision and energies the organization behind the aligned strategic direction in healthcare professional marketing that will significantly improve recommendations and preference for Cetaphil
  • Build a communication plan using bestinclass industry and competitive learnings, in a way that can be easily executed by local markets. Part of this is developing messages that are globally aligned and form an approach & guidance for the local medical marketing salesforces.
  • Build credible professional relationships with key healthcare professionals and key opinion leader, leading our Conference strategy and the communication pillar of the Galderma Sensitive Skin Faculty. Therefore, ensure full compliance with Galderma healthcare professional ethics and codes of conduct for Cetaphil Global Marketing Activities.
  • Build out deep understanding of medical, scientific, and clinical data for all Cetaphil innovations and utilize this comprehension and your commercial healthcare expertise to create compelling messaging briefs that will engage healthcare professionals and encourage them to recommend these innovations to relevant patients.
  • Deliver product, innovation & technology training materials for global markets. Therefore, building out a comprehensive library and resources of existing medical, scientific, and clinical data for Cetaphil franchise.
Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in international companies, ideally with 4+ in skincare/dermatology and with 4+ in a Medical Marketing type of role, at a local and global level with a M.Sc. or other equivalent professional qualification
  • Exposure working in or very closely with a US affiliate is an advantage
  • Successful track record of engaging persuasively with key opinion leaders & healthcare professionals (ideally but not necessarily dermatologists)
  • Ability to turn complex scientific materials into compelling, easy to follow narratives and the capability to use clinical and technical data to motivate healthcare professionals via detailing aids and other communication materials
