    Desde Luxe Talent, una consultoría internacional especializada en selección y formación de personal para sectores como la moda, el lujo, el retail y la FMCG, estamos buscando un Sales Assistant para trabajar en una tienda de moda de alta gama ubicada en el Paseo de Gracia.

    Responsabilidades clave

    • Alcanzar los altos estándares de atención al cliente de una de las boutiques más selectas del Paseo de Gracia y con mayor tradición en customer service.
    • Ayudar a los clientes a encontrar productos que se adapten a sus necesidades y preferencias.
    • Asegurar el alcance de los objetivos propuestos por la empresa.
    • Seguir el proceso de venta desde la atención al cliente hasta la finalización de la transacción.
    • Crear y gestionar relaciones con los clientes mediante CRM y acciones de fidelización.

    Requisitos del puesto

    • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en un puesto similar en una empresa de alta gama.
    • Habilidades de venta y comunicación fuertes.
    • Nivel nativo o avanzado de castellano, catalán e inglés. Otros idiomas son valorables.
