Description

OBS is looking for a Lighting Project Manager to support the OBS Lighting Project Manager in assessing the compliance of OCOG's responsibility for delivery of broadcast lighting.

Duties

Provide Games Times support to the OBS Lighting Project Manager in assessing the compliance of OCOG's responsibility for delivery of broadcast lighting.
This may include an OCOG or any other related issue where OBS its shareholders of affiliates may be involved.
The services rendered may include on-site assessments as directed by OBS based on existing lighting designs, preparation of reports, query resolution, participation in meetings, working with the OCOG lighting team.

Experience

• Local Lighting Designer with 2/3 years of experience.
• Used to site visits and measurements on site.
• Ideally background: Engineer / Architect Lighting Designer used to manage (sports) lighting projects (optimised to Broadcasting) from concept to completion as an active participant in all the tasks within the project.
• TV and Stage lighting designer recommendations are also accepted.
• Fluent in English and French
• The working hours will be based on a schedule that we are currently building with the Committee (not 8 hours all together in the office).
• The outdoor venue tests will be conducted after dusk (when there is no sun).
• This is a freelance position between May 14th and August 18th, based in Paris
