**_Take the lead as Project Leader translating business requirements and implementing a global tool
- **Within Essity, we are in the process of a digital transition (EWOW). As part of this, we have developed a global tool that will help us increase our service level in the E2E supply chain.

As Process Leader Supply Chain, you will be responsible for implementing the tool. To do this, you ensure that all users have the right capabilities to use the tool. You are also in the lead when it comes to the continuous improvement of the tool. To do so, you gather valuable input from stakeholders and analyse business processes.

In this context you liaise within the Continuous Improvement Network where International Business Leads share their input for their respective domain.

You use your analytical, communication and leadership skills to make the project successful. This position can be based in Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden or France.


What You Will Do

  • Lead business process analysis, owning functional specifications for the tool;
  • Lead the network of continuous improvement responsible across supply chain functions;
  • Analyze the operational service level performance and support involved functions on improvements.
  • Support analytics solution design by acting as translator between business input and clear functional requirements for the solution architects.
  • Support change management activities related to the Service Level Analysis process.
  • Design and execute test scripts and provide end user trainings.
  • Support the project team during project implementations.
  • Support the Global Process Owners transformation roadmap related to process standardization and innovation.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years Supply Chain consulting experience;
  • University Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Economics or related;
  • Experience in Service Level performance follow up (process and tools);
  • Indepth knowledge of supply chain processes and systems related to Sales Order Handling, Planning & Logistics processes incl. collaboration tools (SAP, WMS, TMS);
  • Strong skills in Analytics tools (SAP BW, Power BI, Excel);
  • Preferred knowledge on SAP and Warehouse Management Systems;
  • Capable of working in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions with minimum supervision;
  • Strong project management and communications skills;
  • Proficient in English. Other languages will be a plus;
  • Strong analytical and business oriented.
