ROLE DESCRIPTION

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The following tasks are performed within the below described level of accountability, complexity, experience, communication:

  • Accountability: Deliver outcomes of assigned projects; work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility
  • Complexity: Complex issues in own area (e.g. crossfunctional or crosscountry projects); Decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future; design and strategy; Enhance complex systems/processes
  • Experience: Advanced technical or business or project skills relevant for job
  • Communication: Represents SAP to customers
  • Communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand
  • User-Centricity: Advocating for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors & usage patterns. Promoting the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary usercentered design methodologies & practices and ability to integrate those into current and future development efforts

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Senior level knowledge in managing complex Projects and Programs on a global scale. Has experience contributing to Project Management practice standards and methods.
  • English verbal and written Ethics
  • Setting Personal Objectives
  • Self Awareness (knowing yourself your strengths & your weaknesses)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics or related field.
