Position Summary


In order to complete our IT Human Resources Department, we are currently looking for a Solution Architect - People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Master Data & Contingent Workforce.


In this position, you will be accountable for supporting proactively and holistically Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities within the Product Group and Platforms that fit within the overall EA and meet the product group strategy.

As a Solution Architect, you will provide the necessary leadership, experience, analysis and design tasks related to the development of a set of products within a product group.

You will work closely with DevOps / development teams and suppliers to secure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way according to the product strategy and the overall value for money objectives linked to the IS/IT strategy.

You will be accountable for supervising the design as well as the integration execution within the scope, collaborating with the integration platform team and owning the solution architecture specification.


Key responsibilities:


  • Deliver the architectural design for products and inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an endtoend technical solution
  • Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations
  • Define the guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure productbased decisions are aligned with the enterprise's futurestate architecture vision
  • Design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance
  • Engage with Tech Leads, BAs, Product Managers and EA within (and across) the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture

Required Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
  • Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
  • Ability to translate futurestate business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements
  • Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives
  • Ability to understand the longterm ("big picture") and shortterm perspectives of situations
  • Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization
  • Experiences working in a global environment and with virtual teams
