The Role
Proactively ensure data integrity in system and personnel files for Corporate by, auditing and analyzing data, identifying discrepancies and recommending changes in countries under the scope - Qualified member to promote Solera Way culture in the organization.
- Execute labor strategy according to Solera philosophy avoiding liabilities, leading the relation with union in countries where that model exists.
- Lead the Talent Wheel, support TA with the hiring strategy, facilitate onboardings, assure Performance Review Process and Rewards while implementing a Talent Planning process.
- Assure payroll incidences are reported on time and with the quality required.- Executes Selection drill by following the staffing plan, - Ensure new hire paperwork is received and uploaded into employee files - Qualified member of the Compensation team: Salary adjustments, Increases, SIP/LIP (bonus), promotions, reorganizations - Integrate training strategy aligned to business and corporate needs - Work with Human Resources Director to operationalize HR communications and processes to ensure quality output - Assist in the preparation of equity and grant awards for corporate employees - Coaching to associates in regards to corporate policies and procedures.
- Serve as an active team member to represent line of business in ad-hoc special projects or various development or improvement committees as well as events.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSBA/BS degree required - Strong leadership skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - English (fluent) - Proficient in Microsoft Office with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment - Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure and provide excellent service to employees at all levels - Strong self-starter with excellent time and project management skills - High degree of integrity to handle confidential assignments
