Are you an experienced professional with a zeal for fostering innovation and driving growth in dynamic startup, fitness-related, and B2B environments? Our esteemed partner, a corporate-focused health and wellness startup advocate, is actively seeking a dynamic and accomplished Sales and Partnership Manager ready to lead their market expansion.


Your responsibilities and impact working as a Sales and Partnership Manager:


  • Being responsible for strategic business growth by developing and executing strategies for generation highvalue business opportunities through targeted prospecting.
  • Overseeing the acquisition, monitoring and strategic deveopment of the client portfolio.
  • Performing Sales leadership by leading the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final negotiations.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:


  • You are fluent in both
    Spanish, French and
    English both in written and verbal (fuency in German is a strong plus).
  • You are located in
    Barcelona

  • You posses a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable success in (seniorlevel) Business Development, Sales, or related clientfacing roles.
  • You are energetic, innovative, and able to work independently at a fast pace.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving substantial business growth.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can easily switch between handson and strategic tasks.
  • You are a sports/fitness/health advocate and interested in spreading your passion
