    About the Role:

    As an Inside Sales Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our account management and new business teams, playing a pivotal role in identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to boost sales and foster a profitable retail network. This internally focused role requires you to develop and deploy initiatives aimed at growing revenues across all clients and product streams. You will be instrumental in market analysis, pricing strategies, agent performance evaluation, and competitor intelligence. Your analytical prowess, coupled with strong Excel skills, will be crucial in making data-driven recommendations and implementing corrective actions for optimal outcomes.

    Role Responsibilities:

  • Understand the market, growth areas, and competitive landscape to propose pricing initiatives that drive long-term customer value and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing recommendations for improvement and remediation plans.
  • Validate new locations through thorough analysis of market data and opportunity.
  • Track sales performance, making data-driven recommendations to enhance profitable sales.
  • Take proactive measures on pricing proposals and incentives to generate profitable growth.
  • Assist in key new business and regional meetings, providing data, insights, and proof points.
  • Produce network analysis for new business and support Sales teams in client meetings.
  • Manage and coordinate agent incentives, competitor intelligence, and develop responsive actions.
  • Stay informed on competitor insight and market developments, suggesting strategies for maintaining a strong business position.
  • Role Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in sales analytics, business analysis, and pricing within the retail banking or payment industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of market opportunities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Capability to make clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • A go-getter attitude with a goal-oriented and flexible mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in French is preferred.
