Position Overview:
Based in either Barcelona or Madrid, the Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in Spain and Portugal.
Responsibilities:
Network Building:
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry across the Iberian region, including Spain and Portugal.
Budget Management:
Oversee development projects without budget constraints, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum impact.
Talent Acquisition:
Address any challenges related to recruitment and ensure a smooth hiring process to build a high-performing team for current and future needs.
Expansion Strategy:
Formulate and execute a comprehensive expansion strategy for the Iberian region, with a focus on identifying new opportunities and markets.
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential threats, and growth opportunities in Spain and Portugal.
Generalist Approach:
Utilize a broad skill set to handle various aspects of development, including acquisition, negotiation, and project management.
Acquisitions:
Lead the acquisition process for new properties, from initial prospecting to negotiation and finalization.
Negotiation:
Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with property owners, developers, and other relevant parties to ensure successful project outcomes.
