    Santander Asset Management is looking for a Santander Distribution Networks Responsible

    Summary of Role

    Objective is to define and implement SAM commercial & distribution strategy for Santander networks, aiming to deliver on key commercial objectives

    What you will do

  • Define and implement SAM commercial & distribution strategy for Santander networks, aiming to foster commercial activity and deliver on key commercial objectives (Net sales, asset mix, etc.) as defined in strategic planning processes (PXX, BXX)
  • Collaborate with SAM local units to define and implement a comprehensive and effective coverage Santander Units
  • Promote development and implementation of CRM methodologies to boost SAM product sale activities
  • Ensure good understanding of Market trends and SAM product range (Incl. work closely with Portfolio Managers to have deep knowledge of the products, evolution, performance etc.)
  • Report activity in regular business meetings (Incl. monthly numbers) and senior management documents preparation related to SAM activity in Santander Networks
  • Implement SAM strategic initiatives, providing support to develop & implement SAM Global strategic and transformation initiatives
  • Ensure business operates effectively in adherence to the internal policies and legislative/regulatory guidelines
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that SAM is fully represented at the WM&I and Banks relevant forums
  • Skills and Kowledge

  • Extensive experience in commercial roles, selling multiple products
  • A strong understanding of Asset Management and its products
  • years of experience, ideally within an asset management sales team across multiple regions
  • Strong and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate organized, proactive, and effective working skills on a consistent basis.
  • Energetic, committed and used to work in challenging environments
  • Highly developed skills in budgeting, negotiation, project management and administration
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral and the ability to connect with people at all levels of the origination and/or third parties
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Client contacts
  • Other languages would be a plus
  • Asset management expertise in investment, product, or fund selection teams.
  • ​Education

  • University degree in finance / technical area
  • Post graduate degree (desirable)
  • Investments Certifications (preferred)
