    Descripción del cargo:

    Buscamos un especialista en Helpdesk para aplicaciones en entorno Cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure) que sepa administrar Linux y tenga conocimientos de protocolos DNS y estandarizadores.

    Requisitos del candidato:

    • Conocimientos en administración Linux
    • Conocimientos de protocolos DNS y estandarizadores (Yaml, JSON)
    • Control de versiones con Git
    • Conocimientos de monitorización con ELK y Prometheus
    • Gestión de herramientas de ticketing y escalado a niveles superiores
    • Nivel alto de inglés

    Especificaciones del cargo:

    El seleccionado trabajará en un equipo dinámico y realizará tareas relacionadas con la gestión de aplicaciones en entorno Cloud. Deberá ser capaz de resolver problemas técnicos complejos y tener una excelente comunicación.

    Se valorará experiencia previa en AWS, GCP o Azure, así como conocimientos en seguridad y cumplimiento normativo.

    Serán valorados el profesionalismo, la disponibilidad y la capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
