Are you our next EVOlutioneer?

Providing ongoing maintenance and support of the company's building systems and being able to fix defects.
Supervising and escort specialists and subcontractors working with the building technical systems.
Monitoring and replacing light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed.
Making minor plumbing repairs, as necessary.
Performing electrical work and determining when an electrician is required.
Performing basic cosmetic repairs, such as local wall painting, and putty.
Performing HVAC works and repairs, such as filter replacement.
Repairing building's hardware equipment, such as doors, windows, etc.
Dismantling installs and repairs furniture if required.
Transporting goods or equipment as assigned.
Performing other maintenance duties as assigned by Direct Manager.
Replacing colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and, other absences.
Replacement taking place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.

Qualifications
-
Intermedium - advanced level of English
:

-
At least 3 years of experience in building systems maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and diagrams.
Knowledge of operation and maintenance of UPS, Generators, ATS, Distribution boards and other public building facilities systems equipment
High sense of responsibility.
The ability to work in a team.
