We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our corporate acquisition team at Mantu.This is an opportunity for individuals who are looking to take their career to the next level within a dynamic and international consulting group.
Your missionsManage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on roles within the corporate sector.
Handle high volume recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
Leverage your knowledge and experience in corporate recruitment to source top-tier candidates.
Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
Utilize various sourcing techniques including social media networks, job boards, referrals etc., to attract potential candidates.
Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) for continuous improvement of recruiting operations.
Your profile
You have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role, hr or business, could be a plus
You have fluent verbal and written skills in French and English.
You have demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment processes from start to finish.
You possess excellent communication skills which help build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
You are highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
Your analytical skills allow you to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment strategies over time.
You are based in Barcelona and open for a hybrid work model or if you are in a different country, you must be open to relocate.
Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.What we offer
