    Neuraxpharm is searching for a vacancy based in Barcelona, Sant Joan Despí:

    Corporate Finance Controller

    Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Controlling, this position will be responsible for monthly accounting reviews and analysis for the group.

    BEING YOUR MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Collaborate in the preparation of the monthly Group financial statements
  • Review monthly accounting close process including analytical review of the monthly operating results of the business comparing the deviations vs Budget and vs forecast being closed to the business
  • Preparation of WC analysis monthly
  • Preparation of CAPEX analysis every month
  • Collaborate in the preparation of the Management Reporting to the Board of Directors
  • Collaborate in the preparation of the Reporting financial information to Lenders
  • Organize information and statements for external auditors
  • Transfer-pricing calculation on an annual basis based on the TP Policy of the Group
  • Collaborate with the Group annual budget process
  • Preparation of Group Forecast and Strategic Business Plan
  • Preparation of WC of Forecast, Budget, and Business Plan
  • Collaborate with Countries to specific analyses such as business cases for specific products
  • Collaborate in the implementation of Group transformational projects (BI)
  • Give support to all countries.
  • WE REQUIRE:

  • BA in Business Administration or Accounting (ADE, Economy or Similar)
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Through knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (IFRS)
  • Knowledge of SAP FI, CO, CO-PA (plus)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office specially Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Team player and exceptional communication
  • Transparent and honest
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in a big 4 assurance/transactions (plus)
  • Knowledge in consolidation of financial statements will be appreciated
  • Knowledge of the Pharma sector is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Very fluent in English
