Marketing Automation Manager

Job purpose:

  • The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects for the sales team. This person will support the interactions between marketing and internal stakeholder, partner, and field sales teams as well as central demand functions such as global/integrated marketing.
  • The Marketing Automation Manager executes and supports campaign marketing plans consisting of multitouch, multidimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics as well as managing 3rd party vendors to meet pipeline requirements.
  • The Marketing Automation Manager supports the Account Based Marketing Team in the successful execution of targeted marketing campaigns

Your Job

  • Develop, manage and execute multiwave/multichannel marketing programs using marketing automation platform
  • Help grow the lead database. Analyze and report on lead generation and conversion.
  • Optimize CRM system, ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted transactional and marketing communications.
  • Design & execute 1:1, 1: few, and broadbased marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of targeted account segments
  • Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing in a timely manner.
  • Optimize marketing automation functionality including lead scoring, progressive profiling, and A/B & multivariate testing.
  • Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and work with marketing to develop content, tools for execution
  • Proactively engage with the sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and local campaigns

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 25 year's experience in a hightech B2B demand generation, ABM, or field marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
  • Proven track record executing innovative and multipart event and demand generation programs.
  • Strong proficiency in building, launching and reporting on campaigns using marketing automation (preferably Pardot) and CRM (preferably Salesforce).
  • Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads and HTML/CSS experience is a plus
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand lead campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
